We would be honored to assist you on your big day!
Consultation
A (1) hour consultation that will help us get to know the bride and groom. We will discuss all aspects of the rehearsal, ceremony, and any other details the couple would like us to know. This includes religious/non-religious preferences, dates, times, attendance, and more.
Preparation
This is the time that we will go over any final changes or additions to the ceremony. If we need additional information from the couple, this will be the time to go over and confirm all details.
This time frame will be discussed during the consultation.
Rehearsal
The rehearsal will be a full run through of the wedding, order of events and timing. This portion sometimes includes a dinner before or after the actual rehearsal, we will attend only if the couple has invited us to do so, there is no additional cost for our attendance at the dining event.
Ceremony
The big event! The day has finally come for our couple to walk down the isle and profess their love in front of family and friends! We will be there for the entire ceremony, and do our best to ensure that the ceremony goes off without a hitch!
Marriage License
At the end of the ceremony, we will take the time to complete the marriage license process. If the couple needs to leave immediately after the ceremony, we will make arrangements during the consultation to complete the license.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for last minute changes, additional travel, unique requests, etc. We encourage the couple to be as thorough and detailed as possible before the rehearsal to avoid any stagnation or additional fees and charges.
